Free return shipping for exchanges or defective products
At UPWIND, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make the return process easy. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your options and rights.
You have up to 30 days after receiving your order to initiate a return. Please note that we cannot accept returns after this period.
Return Options
Refund: You can return your product for a full refund of the purchase amount. The refund will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned product.
Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item, you can choose another product from our collection, provided its value is equal to or less than the original. The replacement item will be sent upon receipt of the initial item.
Store Credit: We can also issue store credit equivalent to your initial purchase amount, which can be used for future orders.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and accompanied by all original packaging, tags, and accessories. No restocking fee will be applied. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility except for exchanges or if the product is defective. If the product is defective, we will provide a free return shipping label.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, contact our customer service at contact@upwind.world to obtain a return authorization number (RMA) and return instructions. Carefully pack the items and send them to the following address: Upwind, 92 Avenue Mozart, Paris, France. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Return Processing
We will inspect the returned items upon receipt. Refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be processed within a maximum of 14 days.
Refunds
Refunds will be made to the original payment method or as store credit for use in our shop. In the case of an exchange, if the new item is more expensive, the customer must pay the difference. All refunds are credited within a maximum of 14 days to the customer’s account. No restocking fees will be applied.
Non-Collection of Packages from Pickup Points
If your package is available at a pickup point and you do not collect it within the specified time, we cannot be held responsible for the consequences. According to our policy, no refunds will be made for uncollected packages. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure timely collection of their package.

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Schedule:
Our orders are shipped twice a week, every Tuesday and Friday. This frequency allows us to prepare your orders with care and ensure timely dispatch.
Shipping within France:
For our customers in France, we use La Poste and Colissimo for fast and reliable delivery. Your order should arrive within 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
Package marked as delivered but not received: Unfortunately, we cannot refund or resend orders marked as delivered by Colissimo. If you have not received your package, we recommend checking with your neighbors if they have retrieved it for you. In the unfortunate event that the package was stolen from your mailbox, we regret that we cannot cover the cost of reshipping or refunding.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at the time of order.
Shipping from France:
All orders are shipped from our partner logistics warehouse in France. This proximity ensures efficient management and quick dispatch of your purchases. Delivery in France is handled by La Poste & Colissimo in 2-4 days.
International Shipping:
All orders are shipped from our partner logistics warehouse in France. UPWIND extends beyond borders! We offer international shipping so our customers worldwide can enjoy our products. International delivery times vary depending on the destination country but are approximately 4-9 business days. Delivery is handled by the national postal service of each country.
Order Preparation Time
We currently operate on a pre-launch model, which means we produce items once the order threshold is reached. We will ship all products during the summer.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This number allows you to track your package until it reaches your door.
